Services Provided (Low and Flat Slope Surfaces)

We provide a full range of services for all your Flat Roof Services. This includes the home, patio, and porch areas. We service both residential and commercial properties. The services provided include the following:

  • Full Roof Replacement

We provide the removal and disposal of all previous materials.  Work includes the inspection of the underlayment, plywood, Fascia, Soffits, and Eaves, Any rotted materials will be replaced. All flashing around the Soil Pipes, Heat Stacks, Vents, Chimneys, Dormers, and Skylights will be replaced.*     

  • Re-Cover Services
If it is determined that the structure is in good condition, we will use a rolled-on coating to add life to the roof.  One of the products is called GacoFlex, and you can find all of the information about it on this page by clicking here. It is essential that the roof is in relatively good condition before we use this product.  We would need to do an inspection before we started this type of work. This can save enormous amounts of money and can greatly extend the life of the roof.
  • Repair Services

If your roof leaks, punctures holes, or water is leaking around flashing or pipes, we can fix it.     

  • Added Accessories

We supply and install the products if you want to add a Sky window, Roof window, Skylight, Skylight Dome, Tube light, or Sun Tunnel to your home.  We will install gutters and gutter covers.  If needed, we can install Antennas on the roof. 

  • Maintenance Services

We only provide these services if you need help with yearly maintenance issues.

  • Ice Dam Removal
  • Gutter Cleaning

We do not provide estimates for these services.  They are hourly-based tasks, and please call about your rate.
